Once you have downloaded your first book, read the whole book carefully before you start exercising
When you are ready to start, keep the information by your side as you perform the exercises. Each exercise has a small diagram to help you. If you have a full length mirror it will help you to check your alignment if you are working on your own. Take your time and go over each element as many times as you need to. Why not ask a friend to do it with you then you can figure it out together, and it will be more fun!
I would suggest you practice each exercise at the given level at least three times a week - every day if you have time - for a couple of weeks or until you feel you know it well enough to move on
Be patient and you will see results quicker than if you move too quickly through the series
